“Amazing customer service. Complete power outage on a Sunday. Arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Identified the cause and arranged Ergon to replace the fuse as it was an Ergon fault. He clearly explained everything so I understood and reassured if I had any issues to call again and he would come back. Ergon arrived within 15 minutes of him leaving and the power is back on. “My electrical sub board burnt out and called Kell at Electrikell QLD, he was on time, whilst installing the new electrical sub board he also rectified some sub-standard electrical wiring done previously by another electrician.
