Can a fan go where there is only a light?
Usually yes. Kelly fits a proper mounting brace in the ceiling and wires the fan and light on separate switching so both work independently.
Should I buy the fan or will you?
Either. If you have picked one, Kelly installs it. If you want a recommendation for the room size and coastal conditions, he can supply one.
Do you install outdoor fans?
