Electrician or plumber for hot water?
Both, depending on the fault. The tank, valves and plumbing are the plumber. The element, thermostat, circuit and connection are the electrician. Kelly will tell you which you need on the phone.
Why does my hot water trip the safety switch?
Usually a failed element letting current leak to earth through the water. It needs replacing. Do not keep resetting it.
How long does an element replacement take?
About an hour once the tank is drained down. Kelly carries common elements and thermostats.
Can you put my hot water on a cheaper tariff?
Yes. Controlled load tariffs from Ergon need the hot water on a separate metered circuit. Kelly wires it and arranges the meter change.
Do you install heat pump hot water?
